Cookin' for the Holidays

On Thursday, October 28th, Be Smart and Control Your Diabetes were able to meet in person, following all CDC state and federal guidelines. Participants were given several tips on how to maintain diabetes during the holiday season with in depth details supplemental reading to take home. Participants were also able to enjoy a nutritional and tasty meal while enjoying fun and games and the comradery of peers. Please come out and join us in learning and celebrating “Holiday Cheer!” on November 18th from 12:00p – 1:00p.
