

Be Smart: Control your Diabetes

| Free“Be SMART and Control Your Diabetes” is a FREE open-to-the-public program that meets every fourth Thursday of the month from January to November. It provides essential information on topics ranging from the benefits of healthy living, warning signs and preventive measures, and managing and coping with diabetes. Health experts generously give their time and skills in an effort to enhance the overall health and wellness of the community.
Lunch will be provided for participants and parents/guardians.
