The 18th edition of the Mississippi Blues Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K Marathon Relay and our new BB Kids Half Mile Kids Fun Run will hit the streets of Jackson, Mississippi on Saturday February 22, 2025!

This year’s event will highlight two giants from Mississippi that are celebrating their Centennial Birthdays in 2025. The first is the music legend Mr. BB King and second is Mr Medgar Evers, who name now sits atop the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport in the heart of the Capitol City!

Starting and finishing from the Mississippi State Capitol Complex in Jackson, Mississippi, the event will give runners a musical tour of the Capitol City with six bands and or Blues Music performers stationed at several locations on course.

Join us for what promises to be a morning of celebration for two Great Men from the State of Mississippi, and a morning of Family, Fitness and Fun!
