Our B.B.’s Bridge Building Ambassadors program is designed to engage Indianola and Sunflower County junior high and high school students in discovering their own leadership abilities by exploring history and participating in a variety of learning and leadership development opportunities.

Control Your Diabetes
This program is to educate the public on how to live a higher quality life with minimal health risks. “Be Smart! Control Your Diabetes” is a healthcare initiative that is open to the public and tailored to persons ages 50 and older. The program constitutes twelve seminars on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Camp Lucille: B.B. King Museum’s Summer Camp
This program builds creativity and addresses community values by incorporating cultural dance, fitness, and music, writing, art, and culinary lessons while instructors serve as positive role models for children. It works to strengthen language, reading, writing, social skills and problem-solving abilities while encouraging overall healthy lifestyle choices and increasing the knowledge of the MS Delta and MS History through exploring the exhibits.
