NELA Awards (B.B. King Proclamation)

On July 21st, the Ouachita Parish Police Jury will ratify the B.B. King Proclamation celebrating his birthday and the museum.
** The proclamation will be presented to the B.B. King team on August 14, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Monroe Civic Center. The NELA awards at 7pm will be part of the music awards ribbon cutting.
